Lean1 Vegan Pumpkin Oatmeal

Pumpkin Oatmeal
- 2 scoops Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup coconut shavings
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

In a pot, boil almond milk and Lean1 Vegan vanilla. Add in oats, pumpkin puree, coconut shavings, and maple syrup. Stir till oats are cooked. Top with pumpkin seed. Serve and enjoy!

Vanilla Sponge Cake- 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
- 3 Egg whites
- 2 tbsps. apple sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Mixed berries

In a bowl whisk egg whites. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour batter into baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with mixed berries and enjoy!
Lean1 Toasts

Toasts- 1 scoop Lean1 Banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 2 slices of grain or whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup almond milk

In a bowl, mix Lean1 Vanilla, eggs, and milk. Add cinnamon powder. Dip the bread into the mixture. Place in non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Top with sliced bananas. Serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Mug Cake
- 2 scoops Lean1 Vegan Chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsps cocoa powder
- Cherries to top

In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour in a mug and microwave for 30-40 seconds or when top and edges are slightly running. Top with cherries. Serve and Enjoy
Lean1 Vegan Banana French Toast

Banana French Toast
- 1 scoop Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
- 1/2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 slices wheat bread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 bananas

In a bowl, whisk Lean1 Vegan Vanilla, milk and egg whites. Add cinnamon to taste. Dip bread into mixture and cook in a non stick skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Top with sliced bananas. Serve and enjoy!
