Lean1 Vegan
Pumpkin Oatmeal
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut shavings
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
  1. In a pot, boil almond milk and Lean1 Vegan vanilla. Add in oats, pumpkin puree, coconut shavings, and maple syrup. Stir till oats are cooked. Top with pumpkin seed. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Vanilla Sponge Cake
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 2 tbsps. apple sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • Mixed berries
Directions
  1. In a bowl whisk egg whites. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour batter into baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with mixed berries and enjoy!

You will need:
  • 1 scoop Lean1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 slices of grain or whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix Lean1 Vanilla, eggs, and milk. Add cinnamon powder. Dip the bread into the mixture. Place in non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Top with sliced bananas. Serve and enjoy!
