Coconut Espresso Smoothie
- 2 Scoops Lean1 Neuro Chocolate
- ½ Tbsp Espresso Beans (ground or whole)
- 8 Ice Cubes
- 8 Oz Cold Water
- Shaved coconut for toppings

Blend everything. Pour in a glass and top with shaved coconut. Serve and enjoy!

No Bake Protein Bars- 4 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal
- 1 cup skim milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 almonds
- Optional: Raisins

Whisk coconut cream until mixture is smooth. Add Lean1 Vanilla and whisk again until smooth. Using a spoon, add the peanut butter and mix everything together. Add uncooked oatmeal, and mix well. Flatten the mixture in a rectangular/square baking pan and chill overnight. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Lean1 Rice Crispies

Rice Crispies- 1 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsps. butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup rice crispies
- 1/2 cup plain oatmeal

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a 9x9 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes until crispy. Let it cool. Serve and enjoy!
Lean1 Strawberry Jell-O

Strawberry Jell-O- 1 scoop Lean1 Strawberry
- handful of strawberries
- 1 pack Jell-O strawberry

Follow the directions on the Jell-O box. Mix in Lean1 Strawberry and strawberries. Chill in fridge. Top with sliced strawberries. Serve and enjoy
Lean1 Banana Protein Bread

Banana Protein Bread- 2 scoops Lean1 Banana
- 2 cups oat flour
- 4 mashed bananas
- 2/4 cup almond milk
- 2/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour batter in a loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy

Afternoon Dash- 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ounce espresso
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes

Blend Lean1 Vanilla and water. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in a glass. Enjoy.
