Coconut Espresso Smoothie
You will need:
  • 2 Scoops Lean1 Neuro Chocolate
  • ½ Tbsp Espresso Beans (ground or whole)
  • 8 Ice Cubes
  • 8 Oz Cold Water
  • Shaved coconut for toppings
Directions
  1. Blend everything. Pour in a glass and top with shaved coconut. Serve and enjoy!

No Bake Protein Bars
You will need:
  • 4 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 cup skim milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 almonds
  • Optional: Raisins
Directions
  1. Whisk coconut cream until mixture is smooth. Add Lean1 Vanilla and whisk again until smooth. Using a spoon, add the peanut butter and mix everything together. Add uncooked oatmeal, and mix well. Flatten the mixture in a rectangular/square baking pan and chill overnight. Cut into bars and enjoy!

You will need:
  • 1 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup rice crispies
  • 1/2 cup plain oatmeal
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a 9x9 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes until crispy. Let it cool. Serve and enjoy!

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
