Green Apple Smoothie
You will need:
  • 1 scoop Lean1 Vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped green apples
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients. Pour in glass. Serve and enjoy!

Strawberry Raspberry Ice Cream
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Strawberry
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
Directions
  1. In a blender for food processor, mix all ingredients. Transfer in a freezer-safe container. Chill in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Mango Oatmeal Cookies
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Chocolate
  • 1 cup mangoes
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. honey
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl mash bananas and mangoes. Whisk in peanut butter and honey. Add in the oats and Lean1 Chocolate.

    With a spoon, drop mixture in a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15min. Remove and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 1 cup sliced pineapples

  1. Mix Lean1 Vegan Vanilla, oats, almond milk, and peanut butter. Refrigerate overnight. Layer your oats with the cut fruits. Serve and enjoy!
