- How do I track my order? We have an 'Order Lookup' at the top of every page. As long as you have your Order # and email address used to place this order, it will provide you the status.
- How do I know if my order has been shipped? We send out an email notification with your tracking information once it has been shipped out of our warehouse.
- How long till my order get shipped? Usually your order gets processed, packed and shipped out within 2 business working days. We are off on weekends and if you place your order on a Friday late afternoon, it will be processed on Monday. Please allow 24 hours for your order to appear in the USPS or Fedex tracking system.
Items can be returned to Nutrition53, Inc. if it was purchased from our official website.
Unopened Products: An item must be unopened and in good condition for a refund. For returned items, the customer will handle all shipping fees. In a situation where Nutrition53 mistakenly sent the wrong item, Nutrition53 will provide a prepaid shipping label and exchange the item with the correct one. The product will not be accepted for a refund beyond 30 days after purchase.
Opened Products: The return policy for opened/used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange. A free sample can be added to any order to try the product prior to purchasing it if you wish.
Returns should be sent to 497 Edison Ct. Suite B, Fairfield, CA 94534 with the Invoice receipt and the sender's name.
