Vanilla Almond Crisps
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 vanilla powder
  • 1 cup thinly sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 120°C. Beat eggs with an electric blender till bubbles form. Add in all dry ingredients and gently fold with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Place a parchment paper on a cookie pan and use a spoon to scoop and place the mixture into the pan. Make sure you flatten them and place at least 2 inches of space in between. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes or until it is golden brown. Set aside and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
