Shortbread Fingers
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup nondairy butter
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • dash of salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream sugar and butter. Add Lean1 Vanilla, flour, and salt. Mix well. Turn the mixture out onto a floured work surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Roll out into rectangle. Cut into 12 fingers. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
