Strawberry Panna Cotta
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Strawberry
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • Chopped fruits (optional)
Directions
  1. Whisk the milk, gelatin, and Lean1 Strawberry until smooth. In a small saucepan, heat the mixture until just about boiling point. Transfer the mixture to small cups and let cool. Top with your favorite chopped fruits. Serve and enjoy! (Optionally, you may chill it for about 30 minutes just before serving)
