Banana Walnut
You will need:
  • 1 cup Lean1 Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 2 bananas, mashed
Directions
  1. Mash bananas. In a mixer, mix all ingredients. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 400 F for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Vanilla Crepes
You will need:
  • 1 scoop Lean1 Vanilla
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup water
  • Sliced Strawberries
Directions
  1. Blend Lean1 Vanilla and water. Add egg whites and blend for half a minute. Pour batter in a nonstick pan. Cook until bubbles form then flip to cook the other side. Wrap in strawberries, serve and enjoy!

Red Smoothie Twist
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup sliced watermelon
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 8 Oz water
Directions
  1. In a blender, add Lean1 Vanilla Raspberry, apple juice, ice cubes, and cold water. Mash bananas in a medium sized bowl. Add watermelon, raspberries, and pomegranate. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie is well mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Chocolate,
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 ripe bananas
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mash bananas in a medium sized bowl. Whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Add in Lean1 Chocolate and oats. Mix in the honey. Take a spoonful of the mix and drop it on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool serve and enjoy!
