Lean1 Banana Walnut

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup white flour
- 2 bananas, mashed

Mash bananas. In a mixer, mix all ingredients. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 400 F for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Lean1 Vanilla Crepes

- ½ cup egg whites
- ½ cup water
- Sliced Strawberries

Blend Lean1 Vanilla and water. Add egg whites and blend for half a minute. Pour batter in a nonstick pan. Cook until bubbles form then flip to cook the other side. Wrap in strawberries, serve and enjoy!
Lean1 Red Smoothie Twist

- ½ cup apple juice
- ½ cup sliced watermelon
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup pomegranate
- 8 ice cubes
- 8 Oz water

In a blender, add Lean1 Vanilla Raspberry, apple juice, ice cubes, and cold water. Mash bananas in a medium sized bowl. Add watermelon, raspberries, and pomegranate. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie is well mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Lean1 Banana Oatmeal Cookies

- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 cups oats
- 3 ripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mash bananas in a medium sized bowl. Whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Add in Lean1 Chocolate and oats. Mix in the honey. Take a spoonful of the mix and drop it on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool serve and enjoy!

- 8 Oz Boiling Water

Add hot water and Lean1 Neuro Chocolate in a large mug.

- 8 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
