Lean1 Neuro Chocolate Soufflé

Chocolate Soufflé
- 3 - 4 teaspoons Lean1 Neuro Chocolate powder
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- margarine and sugar for lining

Preheat oven to 170C. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until Lean1 Neuro Chocolate powder is well incorporated. Take a small glass cup or ceramic souffle dish and line it with margarine first before sugar. Take out the excess sugar and pour in the souffle mixture. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the souffle has risen. Serve immediately.

Mango Strawberry Smoothie- 2 scoops Lean1 Strawberry
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 ripe mango, cubed

Blend strawberries, yogurt, milk, and Lean1 Strawberry until smooth. Pour in cup and top with mangoes. Serve and enjoy!
Lean1 Avocado Protein Spread

Avocado Protein Spread- 1 scoop Lean1 Vanilla
- 1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Golden Flaxseed

In a bowl, mash the avocado. Mix Lean1 Vanilla and lemon juice until incorporated. Spread on a lightly toasted whole wheat bread and sprinkle with flaxseeds. Serve and enjoy!
Lean1 Neuro Chocolate Muffin

Chocolate Muffin
- 2 scoops Lean1 Neuro Chocolate
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup skimmed milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs baking powder
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1 tsp salt

Heat oven to 200C. Line muffin trays with paper muffin cases. In a large bowl beat the eggs lightly. Add the oil and milk and beat until just combined then add the raisins and flax seeds and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Sift in the Lean1 Neuro Chocolate Powder, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt then mix until just smooth. Fill muffin cases and bake for 20-25 mins, until risen, firm to the touch and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let the muffins cool and enjoy!
Lean1 Strawberry Panna Cotta

Strawberry Panna Cotta- 2 scoops Lean1 Strawberry
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
- Chopped fruits (optional)

Whisk the milk, gelatin, and Lean1 Strawberry until smooth. In a small saucepan, heat the mixture until just about boiling point. Transfer the mixture to small cups and let cool. Top with your favorite chopped fruits. Serve and enjoy! (Optionally, you may chill it for about 30 minutes just before serving)
Lean1 Dark Chocolate Protein Brownies

Dark Chocolate Protein Brownies- 4 scoops Lean1 Chocolate
- 3/4 cup unsweetened dark chocolate
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie butter
- 1 cup zero fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat the oven at 350F. Prepare baking span with non-stick spray. Mix all the ingredients in large bowl using a hand mixer until your batter is nice and smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Protein Balls- 2 scoops Lean1 Chocolate
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. The mixture should be like cookie dough. Combine the chocolate chips and mix one more time. Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll it into your palms. Finally, coat it by rolling the ball in a bowl of ground cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
