It's bad enough that a lot of people deal with so much stress every day, but it is worse when the only time they can get some peace in the evening by sleeping does not happen. Some people have no problem with this, but quite a number do.  Unfortunately, this is a serious issue. For those suffering sleepless nights staying asleep for even half an hour seems an impossible feat. There are numerous reasons for this from stress, the kind of lifestyle one has, to what types of foods or beverages are consumed.
