Some people have no problem with this, but quite a number do. Unfortunately, this is a serious issue. For those suffering sleepless nights staying asleep for even half an hour seems an impossible feat. There are numerous reasons for this from stress, the kind of lifestyle one has, to what types of foods or beverages are consumed. Most have tried to come up with remedies such as counting backwards, exercising in the evening, or drinking hot milk. However, despite all these so-called sleep tactics a significant number are still suffering from sleep deprivation.
