Thanksgiving Day Smoothie
While Thanksgiving dinner might be a quadruple digit calorie feast, you can start the day with a healthy holiday smoothie that delivers a powerful punch of nutrients. Try this delicious Lean1 recipe, and have a great start to your Thanksgiving.
You will need:
- 2 scoops of Lean1 strawberry (or vanilla)
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- ½ banana
- 8 oz cold water
- 8 ice cubes
In a blender, add Lean1, berries, banana, water, and ice cubes. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smoothie is well mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
