Celebrating National Failures Day!

Today is National Failures Day. Many of us have experienced failures in a fitness program or diet plan at some point or another. One weekend food fest can add those frustrating few pounds that you worked hard to lose. A pulled muscle or a torn ligament from a strenuous workout can sideline you for weeks. Even challenges at work or home can take your attention away from your wellness regime and diminish the gains that you dedicated yourself to achieving.

Today is the day to acknowledge the failures and celebrate them. Why? Because we learn from these setbacks that are part of life, and we have the opportunity to overcome them. At Nutrition 53, we like to think that failures are vitally important learning opportunities that enable us to ultimately achieve greater heights of success. Why not try something new today without the fear of failure because, in fact, there are no real failures, just important lessons to learn!
