Strawberry-Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
You will need:
- Smoothie:
- 1 scoop Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- Toppings:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp almonds, slivered
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions

Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth. Transfer in a bowl and top with almonds, blueberries, and chia seeds. Server immediately.

Strawberry Overnight Oats
You will need:
- 2 scoops Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen
Directions

In a bowl, combine Lean1 Vegan Vanilla, water, chia seeds and oats. In the morning, blend strawberries until smooth. In a glass jar, layer strawberry smoothie and oats mixture.

Banana ChocoNut Smoothie Bowl
You will need:
- 3 scoops Lean1 Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 banana, large
- Topping:
- 1 Tbsp chopped dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 banana, large
Directions

Blend all Lean1 Chocolate Peanut butter, water, and banana until smooth and thick. Pour in a bowl and top with chocolate, almonds, and banana.
