Banana Birthday Cake Smoothie
You will need:
- 2 scoops Lean1 Birthday Cake
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
Directions

Blend all ingredients except sprinkles until smooth. Serve in a large glass and top with sprinkles. Makes 1 large glass.

Chocolate Ice Cream
You will need:
- 2 scoops Lean1 Chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup light Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- Slivered Almonds
Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Pour in a plastic container, ideally square or rectangular for wider surface area, and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Scoop in a small bowl and top with almonds. Serve immediately.
Lean1 Vanilla Matcha Latte

Vanilla Matcha Latte
You will need:
- 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 3/4 cup hot water
Directions

In a blender, mix Lean1 Vanilla. matcha powder, and lukewarm water until smooth. Add hot water and blend until frothy. Pour in a large cup and serve immediately.

Tropical Breakfast Bowl
You will need:
- 1 scoop Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk or water
- 1/4 cup mango, cubed
- 1/4 cup honeydew, cubed
- 1/4 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 1/4 cup watermelon, seeds removed
- 1 slice pomelo flesh
Directions

In a bowl, stir together Lean1 Vegan Vanilla, almond milk, and chia seeds and refrigerate overnight, or until the mixture thickens. Arrange the fruit cubes on top and sprinkle with pomelo flesh and chia seeds.
