Lean1 Strawberry Velvet Cookies

- 1 2/3 cups whole flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red food color
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- white chocolate : optional

Mix Lean1 strawberry powder, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Set aside. Beat butter and stevia in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, food color and vanilla; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into one inch balls. Coat each ball in confectioners' sugar before placing onto cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cookies are puffed. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired. ; cool completely.
Lean1 Neuro Matcha Chocolate

- 2 scoops Lean1 Neuro Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon matcha tea powder
- 2 cups crushed Ice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Lean1 Vanilla Almond Crisps

- 1 cup thinly sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 120°C. Beat eggs with an electric blender till bubbles form. Add in all dry ingredients and gently fold with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Place a parchment paper on a cookie pan and use a spoon to scoop and place the mixture into the pan. Make sure you flatten them and place at least 2 inches of space in between. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes or until it is golden brown. Set aside and cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon margarine

Stir the cornstarch in lukewarm water. Mix all ingredients except corn kernels and cook in low fire. Once the mixture is thick add in the corn and remove from fire. Place it in a container and let it cool first before placing it in the fridge. Chill for an hour and serve!
Lean1 Strawberry Muffin

- 1 2/3 cups fresh strawberries
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup grated cheese

Heat oven to 425 F. Put a paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease just the bottoms of the muffin cups. Mash strawberries in a large bowl, using fork. Stir in Lean1 Strawberry powder, sugar, oil and eggs until mixed. Stir in other ingredients just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown or toothpick poked in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and serve!

- ½ Fresh or Frozen Banana
- ½ Banana
- 8 Ice Cubes
- 8 Oz Cold Water

In a blender, add Lean1 Banana Cream, banana, ice cubes, and cold water.
