We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee where if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, and wish to refund or exchange for a different product, simply send the item back in a certified package with the original paperwork.

If you have received your order through Nutrition53's VIP program, please follow the steps below:

1. You do not need to return the product at this time. You may request a refund by calling Nutrition53.com at 1-888-483-2653 and ask to speak with one of our customer service representatives.

If you have received your order by making a purchase from Amazon.com or a NON-VIP order through Nutrition53.com, you must process your return through Amazon.com under your account settings page:

1. Log in to your Amazon.com account.
2. Request a product return.
3. You will be instructed on how to send in your product, or if applicable, the steps requred to receive your refund without sending the product in.

You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
