Try this coffee alternative!

Mix 1 scoop of Neuro1 Orange Cream into a blender or shaker. Add 8-10 oz of cold water. Add 3-4 medium or small ice cubes. Mix 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Lean1 to give a creamy, smooth texture.

Blend for 15-30 seconds until smooth.

 

Signature Chocolate Weight Loss Smoothie

This is one of our favorites, and super easy to make. All you need is Lean1!

  •  Mix 2 scoops of Chocolate Lean1 into a blender
  •  Add 8-10 oz of cold water
  •  Add 5-7 medium or small ice cubes
  •  Mix some Vanilla Lean1 to give a creamy, smooth texture

Blend for 15-30 seconds on high to liquify the shake. Once it's smooth, pour into a tall cold glass and enjoy!

 

Fresh Fruit Weight Loss Smoothie

This is a great way to enjoy Lean1 with fresh fruits!

  •  Mix 2 scoops of Lean1 into a blender
  •  Add 8-10 oz of cold water
  •  Add 5-7 medium or small ice cubes
  •  Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  •  Mix some Vanilla Lean1 to give a creamy, smooth texture

Blend for 15-30 seconds on high to liquify the shake. Once it's smooth, pour into a tall cold glass and enjoy!

Blend for 15-30 seconds on high to liquify the shake. If using a shaker, make sure the lid is on tight and shake for 15 seconds or until powder is disolved.

 

The Hungry Man's Weight Loss Shake

For those mornings when you just need more out of your shake!

  •  Add 1 medium sized bananna
  •  Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

  •  Mix 2 scoops of Lean1 (any flavor) into a blender or shaker

  •  Add 1 cup of Kiwi, or Star Fruit (Both shown to have an effect on cholesterol)
  •  1 tablespoon of pomegranate juice

The Love Weight Loss Shake

For something so good, it could only bring a little love in your life!

  •  Mix 2 scoops of Chocolate Lean1 into a blender

  •  Add 3 large strawberries (whole with stems removed)
