Living Dreams
June 19, 2008
“Mr. Romanowski,
I finished your book about a week ago. I’ve been debating whether I should write this or not but I think you should know how you impact people’s lives.
I have four small children and I find myself accepting that I will never reach all the personal dreams I have set for myself before I started having children. I’ve always wanted to finish my degree and never have had the time or money. After I read your book I felt inspired, inspired to tackle each obstacle in my life, like you have done throughout your life. I felt like I was on the field breaking fingers after I closed your book. I’ve picked up a second job to afford the tuition and I’m enrolling for online classes so I don’t have to be away from my babies. You helped me realize that my dreams are only out of reach if I decide not to reach for them! You never let anything get in your way and while climbing to the top you helped everyone around you be his or her best. That is a rare quality to have and you should be proud of what a giving and talented man you are. Your book is incredible and I have passed it on to my father to read. I’ve recommended it to everyone in the company. Thank you for inspiring me. You have made me a better person through your words!!!!”

Being Part of Team53
May 13, 2008
One of my favorite parts about working for Nutrition53 is being part of our team, or what we call “Team53″. It’s not really a term we ever defined, but it is just an idea that started at the very beginnings of our company. To me, Team53 includes all our employees, our customers, friends, and family. It includes anyone who is striving for their optimal life performance, whatever it may be for a particular individual.
When I am at Nutrition53 headquarters, I really do feel like I am part of a team. We all use the products that we works so hard to create, market, and deliver to customers together. Everyone on the team respects each other, provides input on various projects, and we work together to accomplish the common goal of creating life changing products. Sure, we all have different roles within our team, but we really are working towards the same thing. While all our Team53 members are important, I believe our customers are at the very center. They provide the inspiration, the demand, and the feedback for all our Nutrition53 products.
If you are just joining now, welcome to Team53. It’s a good team to be a part of.

Summer is Almost Here - Enjoy the Sunshine!
May 8, 2008
So many times we are reminded of the negative effects of the sun, we often forget about its positive effects. Do remember to wear your sunscreen, but don’t miss out on the positive benefits that sunlight exposure can provide for you.
The human mind and body is designed to respond to sunlight exposure. It helps you feel mentally alert, can support a healthy mood, and it helps strengthen your natural sleep and cycles.
For example, if you deprive yourself of sunlight by staying indoors for the duration of the day, your mind and body has trouble knowing when to wake up and stay alert, versus when to relax and go to sleep. All you need is roughly 15 minutes of sunlight a day. If you make the effort to achieve this healthy exposure time, you will feel refreshed, re-energized, and more balanced.
So step away from your computer, escape the neon lights, and enjoy the sunshine for a while. Mix up a cold glass of Neuro1 and drink it down as you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. Your mind and body will thank you.
