What a Difference A Year Makes!

For Kris Knight, 2012 began with a common resolution that so many of us have - to lose weight and get in shape. Of course, Kris wanted to look better. Yet, at 272 lbs, he was also experiencing noticeable side effects of his excess weight, including heartburn and breathlessness. He knew it was time to make a change.
Kris started eating healthier and exercising on an elliptical for 30 minutes, two to three times per week. He stopped drinking soda and eating calorie-laden sweets. Fruit became his go-to snack, and salads replaced the cheeseburgers with bacon. The plan was working, and he was slowly losing weight.
Wanting quicker results, Kris increased the intensity of his workouts and added new forms of exercise including in-line skating and cycling. He also started counting calories and logging food intake to adjust his eating habits. By August of this year, he was 240 lbs.
This is when Kris decided to take it a step further and try Lean1. By substituting Lean1 smoothies for meals one to two times a day, he was able to drop more pounds.
“It worked,” says Kris. “I was able to get past the plateau and decimate my original goals and expectations. It was almost a blur on how fast the weight was dropping! I had to buy new clothes, and I now fit into a size 34.”
Kris is feeling better, sleeping better, and looking better. He has no more heartburn, and best of all, he’s happier. He’s still working on his 2012 New Year’s resolution, and hopes to hit 195 lbs by January. Good luck Kris!
