Our story

bill romanowski Nutrition 53™ was founded by Bill Romanowski, a 4-time Super Bowl champion, playing 16 years and 243 consecutive games, more than any other linebacker in the HISTORY OF THE NFL. His intensity and passion for nutrition allowed him to out perform, outlast and stay stronger than any other linebacker to ever play in the NFL.

He learned how to harness premium nutrition as a catalyst for his mind, body, and career. Few athletes can enjoy a 16 year tenure in a game as violent as football and still live an active, healthy lifestyle afterwards. Bill is a living example of the vitality, youth, and quality of life that one can enjoy if they fuel their body with the correct nutrients.
